{Green Smothie}

Yogurt (1/4 cup)

Apple Juice (1/2 cup)

1 Kiwi

1 Banana

12 leaves of Spinach

Avocado (half)

Honey(to your liking…I did about a teaspoon)

Strawberries (I put 3)

And anything else you want to throw in…haha

The good thing about smoothies is that you can pretty much put whatever you like, it’s awesome. Enjoy!

Baked Tilapia

I made some amazing baked Tilapia last night. I found the  recipe on Pinterest. Big shock I know. It was great! It definitely had a quick to it. I also made cauliflower rice which I’ve posted before and I made zucchini for the the first time! It was delicious. Here’s a few pictures! Share any recipes please! I’d love to hear them!
