On Valentine’s Day this year, I was reminded of how much pressure society puts on this one day. Both men and women complain about not having a valentine to make their day special. Why wait on someone else to make any day special? Valentine’s Day in my opinion should just be fun. If you have a spouse/significant other, enjoy each other but don’t let this one day be the only time you show how much you love each other. And no valentine, you ask? Go out with friends! There’s way too much fun to have to sit at home depressed over not getting flowers. Buy some yourself! 😉 What did I do? I had dinner & wine then went to see Side Effects with two of my friends and it was perfect!
