    • Thanks so much! It is hard! I would say eating better or as “clean” as possible is the number one thing. Even before exercising and just doing the Paleo diet I saw drastic results. Also be consistent, even if its small. Start off with a 30 day challenge, take’ll motivate you! Hope that helps! Thanks so much for reading! XoXX

      • Hey! I have some previous post, search “7 shades of Paleo”. That post goes into detail of all the different “levels.” But the strictest Paleo is no sugar, no grain, no dairy. Meat, veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds. 🙂 Sorry for the late reply, thanks so much for reading!
