{Strong is the NEW Sexy}

I started changing my lifestyle slowly but surely in December 2012. It’s been a long road and I still have “slip ups.” But I’ve come a long way and I’m learning to balance my diet and exercise routine in a way where I’m not depriving myself or killing myself. My worse enemy has been myself. Excuses and self doubt are two obstacles I overcome daily. We are so much stronger than we think.

Don’t give up.

Progress is progress…no matter how small.
