Recipe For Banana Pancakes:
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
(this recipe also works with simply 1 banana & one egg, but got a little fancy with this one! Lol!)
Recipe For Apples:
Peel and cut apple into slices.
2. Put in a zip lock bag
3. Sprinkle in nutmeg and cinnamon (Brown sugar if you’re feeling naughty)
4. Place in microwave for 2 min and “Voila!”
5. Place over pancakes or top with frozen yogurt or ice cream for dessert or just eat them by themselves…the possibilities are endless!
