Healthy Pizza Bagels!

As you know, I’m an avid Pinterest lover and I saw a picture of the most delicious pizza bagels. I decided to put a healthy spin on it. I used Against the Grain bagels, organic pasta sauce (it was just in the cabinet), Hormel turkey pepperoni, and organic mozzarella. They were delicious. Since I keep the bagels frozen, I microwaved them for a minute then sliced them. I then laid them out on a cookie sheet and topped them with pasta sauce, cheese and turkey pepperoni. I put the oven on broil and left them in for about ten minutes. While they were baking, I cut up cucumbers and strawberries for my spring mix and topped it with delicious poppy-seed dressing. It was so simple and yummy! You can’t go wrong with that! Enjoy!
