How to make a quick, healthy breakfast

A couple months ago, breakfast was a frosted poptart or nothing which is even worse. Since starting the Paleo diet, I eat  great in the mornings and it’s not time consuming like I thought. I always incorporate eggs and fruit. I have meat most of the time (turkey bacon). I’ve noticed more energy throughout the day which is great! All you have to do is stock your house with your favorite fruit, LOTS of eggs, and some lean meat (i.e. turkey bacon, turkey sausage, or turkey hot dogs). If I can do it, anybody can! Here are a few examples of  what I eat:
